2022 Great Iowa Road Trip Set For April 8-9

The dates and locations for the second Great Iowa Road Trip have been announced.

According to a press release from the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach for Marion and Mahaska Counties, the follow up to last year’s inaugural Great Iowa Road Trip will be held on April 8th and 9th and will feature 29 businesses across the two counties. Hours for the event are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on April 8th and 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on April 9th.

The Great Iowa Road Trip is a self-guided tour of participating businesses in Knoxville, Oskaloosa, Pella, New Sharon and rural areas around the communities. Iowa State Extension partnered with the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, Visit Pella, Mahaska Chamber & Development Group and Marion County Economic Development Commission for this year’s event.
