You are invited to David and Debbie Truitt’s 30th Annual Halloween Festivities taking place Oct 31st at 1339 North Van Buren Ave in Ottumwa. Witch Hildegarde Hobnail will be in her cottage to visit with guests and give them treats. Guests can also visit the Pirates’ Cove and Mermaid Corner in the backyard and take hay rides in the Truitt’s field.
