The Secrets of Baking Bread

9am-2pm both days

Over two days, you will learn how to make several types of bread, including rolls, pretzels, challah, croissant and sour dough. Day one, you will learn how to make different doughs and bring home some pretzels and rolls you create. Day two, you will shape and finish the doughs made and learn how to bake and proof them. Class sized is limited. Cost is $89.
