The Ottumwa Duck Races retrn on September 21st!
5,000 rubber ducks will race down a slip ‘n slide type track in to the pond at Greater Ottumwa Park and across the water to the finish line!
Winning duck will get a cash prize.
All duck adoption go to support First Resources Corp. and the community-based programs they provide.
