Hear from representatives from 8th Judicial District and Iowa Workforce Development on programs and partnerships that can help your business successfully recruit and retain returning citizens.

Returning citizens are a viable, yet untapped workforce labor pool. There are several employer incentives to encourage the hiring of returning citizens and giving them a second chance! Learn more about the ways that the 8th Judicial District has successfully partnered with employers to support reentry, the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, Federal Bonding and Reentry programs through IowaWORKS.
