Make Ottumwa Shine April 24^th – April 30^th. Bags and gloves are available at City Hall or at the Recycling Center. A list of sights is available on the City’s Website, the Make Ottumwa Shine website, ottumwarecycles.com, or by calling the Recycling Center at 641-683-0685 or Jody Gates at 641-683-0694. If someone cleans up and area they need to call either of those two numbers to let us know the bags need picked up.
