The Greater Ottumwa Partners in Progress’s Holiday Nights ‘N Lights is a wonderful way to enjoy the holiday season. Our magical route throughout Greater Ottumwa Park will be filled with more than 50 spectacular displays and decorative lighting. This season’s lights will be open November 19 to December 30, Sunday-Thursday 5:30-8 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 5:30-9 p.m.
