David and Debbie Truitt invite you to their Halloween Festivities at their home at 1339 N. Van Buren Ave, Ottumwa on Oct. 31.  This will be the 28th year of providing a fun and safe place for trick-or-treaters on Halloween night.  There will be several activities for kids and their parents to enjoy at no charge.
