Davis County Drive-In Movie Night
The Classic Drive-In Movie Night Is Back!
Free, family fun for everyone at the movies!
Bloomfield, Iowa – Davis County 4-H and the Davis County Ag Society are partnering together to bring an authentic drive-in movie night to Davis County and the surrounding areas, Saturday, May 15, 2021, at the Davis County Fairgrounds. Gates and concessions open at 7:30 p.m., the movie begins at 8:45 p.m.
The Davis County Drive-In Movie Night is for the whole family, complete with two screens and audio direct to your car’s FM stereo. There will also be outdoor speakers for those who prefer to sit outside their cars under the stars! Traditional movie concessions will be available.
“We are so excited to bring this free movie event to people of all ages,” stated Hailey
Burgher, Davis County 4-H County Youth Coordinator. “Everyone is tired of being at home and the Davis County Drive-In Movie Night is the perfect opportunity to get out while staying socially distanced.”
Debbie Jarr, one of the event coordinators, shared, “This movie event would not be possible
without our local sponsors who stepped up to make it happen. Their financial contributions
allow us to have free admission so everyone can have an affordable, fun evening!”
