CPKC Holiday Train

Celebrate the season with the 2024 CPKC HolidayTrain as its illuminated rail cars roll into Ottumwa for a Thanksgiving morning performance.
The Holiday Train, lit with thousands of LED lights, is in its 26th year of spreading holiday cheer and raising money, food and awareness for people struggling with food insecurity.

The performance will take place at the Ottumwa CPKC station, 1300 Wildwood Dr. across I34 from Kohl’s.
New York-based pop-rock group American Authors and Grammy-nominated and Brit Award-winning Scottish musician KT Tunstall will be featured on the brightly decorated train’s stage.
Santa Claus will also be there for a meet-and-greet and photos.
The event will conclude with a check presentation to the Food Bank of Iowa by CPKC.

The Holiday Train performance is free to attend, and refreshments will be provided, Visitors are asked to bring monetary or healthy food donations for the Food Bank of Iowa Ottumwa Distribution Center.
