School Delays and Cancellations-

Pekin Community Schools – No School

Keota Community Schools – No School

Sigourney Community Schools – No School

Indian Hills Community College – Will open at 10:00 a.m.

William Penn University – All daytime classes for tomorrow, Monday, March 16, are canceled.

Evening and online classes will proceed as scheduled.

Campus offices will open at 10:00 AM.

Business Closings –

Ottumwa Library – Closed on March 16

The Lord’s Cupboard – Jefferson County will be closed today Monday March 16th

JCHC Clinics & Outpatient Services – Due to inclement weather, JCHC Clinics in Richland and Fairfield and all other Outpatient Services are closed until 10 am, March 16th.
