Pella Regional Health Center is proud to announce that Alyse Wadle, Patient Care Technician at Pella Regional Health Center is the recipient.
The ROSE Award is a rewards program for our Patient Care Technicians. ROSE is an acronym for Recognition of Service Excellence. Recipients of the ROSE award demonstrate excellence through their compassionate care, outstanding communication skills, and clinical expertise.
Excerpt from Alyse’s nomination by Jordon Van Kooten: “Alyse is one of the kindest, most hard-working people in the Surgery
Department. You can always count on her to get the job done. Not only does she make sure the job is done, but she does it 100% every time and with the most compassion. She is so tender and kind to all who meet her. Alyse is more than deserving of this award. She would never want a special award for “just doing her job,” but she needs recognition for her hard work, kind attitude, and
compassion she shows to all. I would love for her to be awarded this, so she and everyone else can see how great she is! We love Alyse, and the OR could not function without her.“
