If your home or business is visible from E. Main Street from the highway 34 exit to Jefferson Street, you are eligible to apply for the East End Ignite Grant Program.
Homeowners can use the grant money to repaint the front of their house, fix sidewalks, or replace front doors.
This grant opportunity is similar to the one focused on the West End of the city.
The Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation is committing 65- thousand dollars to make this possible and applications are being excepted.
Businesses on E. Main Street are encouraged to apply as well.
