The city of Ottumwa says a portion of Arrison Street will be closed for railroad work.
On October 30, West Second Street and the 200 block of Arrison Street is currently closed due to bridgework on the railroad line in the area.
The city says access to residences will follow a detour through Caldwell Street and Slavens Avenue.
Work is expected to last until mid-December.
