Austin Comstock addressed the council about making Upgrades to Frisbee Golf Course at the City Park. Many of the baskets have the concrete base deteriorating and are leaning. After addressing the council, a Motion was made to approve up to a $5000 limit for the upgrades.
With recent resignations from Planning & Zoning, Janitorial at City Hall & the Sanitation Dept., there are several positions open within the city and ways to list the open positions were discussed.
Brian Lindberg addressed the council about upcoming property sales that will include new sewer work and making sure they have permission to tap into the city sewer system. The council determined more information would be needed to move forward.
The airport was also a major topic. A motion was made and and approved to repair the airport runway. A motion was also made and approved to fix the airport lighting system. Finally a motion was made to look into a rental agreement for the city hanger which if rented outsold bring the number of planes based at the airport up to 9.
