William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Davis County Track and Field athlete Mark Fraise, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
In his first outdoor meet of the season last Thursday in Bloomfield, Fraise won the 400-meter hurdle event by posting a time of 56.66 seconds.
