In response to last week’s severe hail storm and following both local and state Disaster Declarations issued by the Governor, a Disaster Assistance Center is now open to assist residents with recovery needs.

The center offers free Disaster Case Advocacy services to help individuals and families navigate the recovery process. Case managers will work one-on-one with residents to identify available resources and connect them with programs they may qualify for based on their specific needs. While assistance and outcomes are not guaranteed, the program is designed to provide guidance and support throughout recovery.

The Disaster Assistance Center will be open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the RE/MAX Training Center, 2431 Northgate.

Residents seeking assistance should bring a valid form of identification.

This effort aims to provide critical support to those affected by the storm and help the community recover more quickly and effectively.

For more information, please contact the Disaster Assistance Center during operating hours.
