With less than six weeks remaining, excitement is building across the community as Pella readies itself for the 91st annual Tulip Time Festival, scheduled for May 7–9.
Organizers have now unveiled the complete, hour-by-hour schedule of events, offering attendees a detailed look at the three-day celebration. The schedule highlights a full lineup of activities, parades, performances, and cultural experiences designed to showcase the city’s Dutch heritage.
Tulip Time Steering Committee Co-Chairs Eric Recker and Wes Chaplin are encouraging guests to extend their visits beyond the main parade events and take time to explore all that Pella has to offer. They emphasize that the festival is best experienced as a full-day event, allowing visitors to enjoy the community’s shops, attractions, and additional festivities throughout the day.
As preparations continue, organizers are anticipating strong attendance and are looking forward to welcoming guests from across the region and beyond for one of Iowa’s most beloved annual traditions.
The complete Tulip Time schedule is available through Pella Historical Museums and online for those planning their visit.
