William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Davis County Basketball player Culee Smith, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
The senior was named to the All South Central Conference second team. Smith led the league in assists (4.9) and steals (4.7) while helping the Mustangs finish second in the conference.
Our KBIZ Athlete of the Week feature is made possible thanks to the generosity of William Penn University and the cooperation of our area schools.
