The Ottumwa Public Library is again partnering with the United Way of Wapello County to provide more gardening opportunities. The UWWC again has put together seed packs that the public can have to start their gardens indoors.
“This is our 4th year of working with the United Way of Wapello County and offering a seed library,” Sonja Ferrell Director of the Ottumwa Public Library said. “We are so grateful for their volunteers and generosity.”
In addition to both vegetable and flower seeds there are garden tools available for check out.
