West Des Moines Police have made an arrest in a cold case murder involving a real estate agent.
Twenty-seven-year-old Ashley Oakland was shot and killed while showing townhome in West Des Moines on April 8th 2011. West Des Moines police say a Dallas County Grand jury has authorized a charge of first-degree murder against 53-year-old Kristin Ramsey.
Police will hold a news conference Wednesday to release more details on the case.
