William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Davis County Basketball player Halle Husted, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
The senior poured in a career-high 27 points in the Mustangs’ 60-50 win over Fairfield in last Tuesday’s regular season finale. Husted then posted a double-double (16 points, 10 rebounds) to help Davis County defeat Centerville 46-38 in its regional opening round game.
