Jacquelyn “Jackie” June Parr, 91, of Ottumwa died at 10:20 p.m. January 20, 2026 at Good Samaritan Society – Ottumwa.
She was born May 22, 1934 in Albia to Raymond Edgar and Edna Christina Elvina Nottz Bagley. Jackie married James Edward Bukowski Sr. and they later divorced. She married Carroll Parr April 2, 1973 and he preceded her in death March 31, 2011.
Jackie graduated high school in Detroit, MI. She had worked as a nurse’s aide. Jackie owned and waitressed at Townhouse Restaurant. Jackie enjoyed genealogy and loved doing puzzles.
Surviving are her children, James (Marcelin) Bukowski, Cindy Leedom, Michelle (Scott) Chapman all of Ottumwa and Renaie Parr of Cedar Rapids; 7 stepchildren; 7 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; a brother; Roy (Georgia) Bagley of California; sisters-in-law, Georgia Bagley and Janie Bagley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; children, Michael Bukowski and Karen Bukowski and siblings, Robert Bagley, Rick Bagley and Raymond Bagley.
Visitation will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, January 26th at Reece Funeral Home. Family will be present to greet friends one hour prior to the service Tuesday.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 27th at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Skinner officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery.
