Mahaska Health in Oskaloosa, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Oskaloosa Swimmer Penelope Morrison, our 92.7 KTWA Athlete of the Week!
The freshman qualified for the Girls State Swimming Meet in two events, the 50-yard freestyle and 200-yard freestyle relay. Morrison set a school record in the former event with a time of 24.59 seconds.
Our KTWA Athlete of the Week program is made possible thanks to the generosity of Mahaska Health, plus the cooperation of our area schools. This is a great accomplishment and one to be very proud of.
