The Fairfield Community School District has received an Acceptable rating on the 2025 Iowa School Performance Profiles, earning an overall score of 67.63%, well above the state average of 63.28%.

Superintendent Zach Wigle emphasized the district’s commitment to continuous improvement and supporting all students.
“As a school district, we remain focused on continuous improvement. We also recognize the need to strengthen outcomes for all students and align everything we do with our mission,” Wigle said. “We are committed to targeted strategies that support growth for every learner. We look forward to continuing these efforts in partnership with our teachers and staff, families, board, and community members.”
