Michael Craig McClure, 77, of Coralville, Iowa passed away on November 20, 2025 at his home. He was born on December 22, 1947 in Floris, Iowa to Glen Robert and Carol Laveta Harris McClure. He graduated from Davis County High School.
Craig worked in auto body repair for many years before becoming an over the road truck driver, which he did until his retirement. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and the Iowa Hawkeye Football and Basketball teams. He adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with them as-well-as his other family. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by a son, Dustin (Kelsey) McClure of Wentzville, Missouri; three grandchildren, Bryson, Carter, Ayden McClure; and two nephews, Larry (Michele) McClure of Bellevue, Nebraska, Lonnie (Damaris) McClure of Woodstock, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Glen Gene McClure; and sister-in-law, Cheryl McClure.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Thom Bryant officiating. Burial will be at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield. Visitation with the family present to greet friends will be on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
