Daniel Brubaker and David Heady, What Cheer, Both men was charged with three counts of child endangerment causing serious injuries class C felonies, and 10 counts of child endangerment causing bodily injury, class D felonies.
October 2023 Brubaker was driving a vehicle with a “goose neck” trailer carrying middle school students.
In court documents it is alleged Brubaker operated the trailer in a negligent manner, causing the truck and trailer to go into a ditch, throwing the students though out the road.
Their trail date is set for July 15th in Keokuk county.
