An Ottumwa man allegedly trespassed on private property and assaulted his daughter.
28-year-old Alexander Diaz was charged with Trespassing and Child Endangerment.
On June 20, court records say Diaz was reported for disturbance and trespassed into the residence on Clinton Ave where the victim was located. According to authorities, Diaz involved his daughter in a physical altercation and caused injury.
Diaz was taken to the Wapello County Jail. His bond is set at $5,000 and a preliminary hearing on July 24.
