The County Landfill Offices will be closed to the public until further notice.
According to a press release from the City of Ottumwa, pandemic concerns have neccessitated the closure of the county landfill offices. Due to the continuing precautions with the COVID-19 outbreak, the Wapello County Landfill offices will be closed to the public until further notice. For Landfill payments call (641) 683-0644 to pay over the phone with a credit or debit card. No cash or check payments can be made at this time. Residents with questions or concerns are directed to contact (641) 683-0644.
