An adult attendant of last week’s Wapello County Expo has tested positive for COVID-19, according to the Wapello County Expo Board.
The adult was present for the royalty pageant on July 12 and the beef show on July 17-18. Craig Leager, Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Regional Director, offered more details.
“The adult reported no Covid-19 symptoms when present at the expo. This individual consulted their healthcare provider regarding symptoms on or about July 20.”
According to the press release, all of the visitors that went to the Wapello County Expo registered for daily Expo events and the Expo executed daily temperature screenings.
