Search Warrant Results in Five Arrests

Five individuals were arrested in connection to a search warrant that was carried out early Saturday morning in Agency, according to the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office.

During the execution of the search warrant, deputies discovered a vehicle that was reported stolen to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office on Friday.

The five that were apprehended were:

Gregory Cook, 52, of Agency was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

40 year old Jason Tobeck was taken into custody in connection for multiple Wapello County warrants: violation of parole, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, and failure to appear on public intoxication. He is also being held for the following Jefferson County warrants: eluding, driving under suspension and failure to obey stop sign.

Wesley Gridley, 37, was arrested on an active arrest warrant issued in his name for a probation violation by the U.S. Marshall’s Office.

29 year old Aubry Olson was arrested for a warrant in Wapello County for third degree burglary.

Theresa Lomax, 43, was taken into custody on an active Wapello County warrant for revocation of pretrial release.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and the Ottumwa Police Department assisted.
