A man accused of indecent exposure in a dormitory at the University of Northern Iowa was arrested Wednesday after a search warrant was executed on his Oskaloosa address.

Tre’Mone Jalin Nimmers, 20, was arrested at 113 North 4th Street by members of the Oskaloosa Police and Mahaska Sheriff’s Departments in cooperation with members of the UNI Police Department.  Nimmers was charged with Indecent Exposure, Invasion of Privacy and Criminal Trespass for offences committed in Black Hawk County.

According to Cedar Valley Crimestoppers, these charges stem from two similar incidents in January.  On January 13th, Nimmers had entered the women’s restroom at Noehren Hall at UNI, where he was caught peeking into the showers by a resident but soon fled the scene.  On January 31st, he was spotted again in the same restroom.  Security footage was posted of the second incident which led to his identification.

According to the UNI Police, in addition to the Oskaloosa address where he was arrested, Nimmers also has addresses in Cedar Falls and Rock Island, Illinois.  Nimmers is not a student of UNI.
