Ottumwa police say on January 16th, Reynolds and a 13-year-old girl engaged in communication via Facebook. Reynolds sent the victim several pictures of his genitalia. Reynolds also took part in conversations with the victim that included illicit sex acts.
Court records allege Reynolds picked up the victim and bought marijuana which the pair smoked together. An arrest warrant for Reynolds was issued.
