Patricia L. Monohon, 64, of Ottumwa, died at 10:15 a.m. February 19, 2021 at Ridgewood Specialty Care.
She was born February 12, 1957 in Bloomfield to William F. and Willa Mae Hufford Howell. She married Randy Monohon July 15, 1978.
A graduate of Ottumwa High School, she worked at Good Samaritan Nursing and Rehab Center, for over 16 years at Burger King as an Assistant Manager and several years at Cargil Meat Solutions.
She had attended Willard Street United Methodist Church and was a huge Chicago Cubs Fan. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving is her husband, Randy; two sons, Travis (Jami) Monohon of Fremont, IA and Brad Monohon of Ottumwa; four grandchildren, Zachary Cook of Ottumwa, Dylan Cook of Hedrick, Ava Monohon of Fremont and Addisyn Monohon of Fremont; two great grandchildren, Atlas and Emerson Cook; her mother, Willa Mae Howell of Ottumwa; five sisters, Connie, Dana, Debbie, Sharon and Pam; a brother, Randy and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and an infant brother, Larry.
Her body has been cremated. Public memorial services will be 1 p.m. Friday, February 26th at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Jay Allison officiating. For those unable to attend, you may watch the service live on the Reece Funeral Home Facebook page.
