(Ottumwa)— A 42 year old Ottumwa is facing charges following his arrested by Ottumwa Police.
Billy Ray Snow has been charged with Trespassing after he was discoveredTuesday in the basement of a home at 805 Clinton Avenue.
Police say Snow was discovered by the homeowner who called police and held snow until police arrived. Snow has been released on bond.
