The Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation (ORLF) has named an interim President/CEO to replace the departing Steve Dust.
Kelly Genners, Vice President of Programs and Initiatives, has been tabbed for the interim position. Genners has been a part of the Legacy Foundation since its inception in 2010. According to an ORLF press release, Genners has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector in both education and health. Genners holds an AA degree from IHCC, a Business
Administration degree from Buena Vista University and Master of Science degree from Iowa State University
with a Community Development emphasis.
Genners has been the interim President/CEO in the past as recently as 2018 until the hiring of Steve Dust in June of that year. Brad Little served as CEO for the foundation’s first seven years of existence.
