One of the Fairfield teenagers accused of killing a teacher last November will have his trial moved to Pottawattamie County.

The trial of Willard Miller, 16, will take place in Council Bluffs on November 1. Miller and Jeremy Goodale, 17, each face charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit a forcible felony.

Goodale’s trial is scheduled for August 23.

Miller and Goodale allegedly planned and participated in the murder of 66-year-old Nohema Graber, a Spanish teacher at Fairfield High School.

Last week, Judge Shawn Showers agreed with Miller’s lawyers that their client was highly unlikely to be tried before an impartial jury and granted the change of venue request.
