Ottumwa, Iowa – Starting Monday, March 20 th , ITC will have Minneopa closed between Finley and Greenwood for tree trimming around their power lines. The closure will be from 9 AM – 5 PM. Work is expected to take two days weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and residents are asked to exercise extreme caution when navigating to and from their homes within the construction zone.
