McDanel waves preliminary hearing

Dustin McDanel, charged with the murder of Roger Wiseman JR., will not be appearing in court tomorrow, after all. His preliminary hearing, scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, has been waved by his court appointed attorney Kenneth Duker.

McDanel entered a plea of not-guilty in his initial appearance last week.
