Swaddling Clothes located at Trinity Lutheran Church 295 Shaul Ave, Ottumwa is open every second Saturday from 9AM-12PM. Parents and expecting mothers may collect free diapers and clothing for their children. This March 9th parents may take 20 items of clothing for each child.
