An exciting program “Remembering Iowa’s Buffalo Bill: Never Missed and He Never Will”  will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday, August 19 at Blakesburg Christian Church in Blakesburg.  William F. Cody (Buffalo Bill) of Hollywood Movie and television fame was an Iowa boy born 1846 near Le Claire, IA. by the end of his life (1917) was called by some “the most famous American in the world.”  Roy R. Behrens will present a fast paced, entertaining 45-minute talk illustrated by projected vintage photographs, film clips and animated graphics.
