Live Portrayal of Corrie ten Boom

Union Mills Christian Church is sponsoring a live, dramatic portrayal of Corrie ten Boom on May 21st 6:30 pm at the North Mahaska High School in New Sharon, Iowa. During WW2, Corrie ten Boom and her family worked with the Dutch Underground to help save Jews and others who were being hunted by the Nazi’s. The Ten Booms were betrayed, arrested and sent to prison.  Corrie is the only one in her family that survived the Nazi death camp. After the war, Corrie set out to share her message of forgiveness.

Come and hear Corrie’s inspiring story told in her own words from her autobiography, “The Hiding Place” through this portrayal of Corrie by Iowa native, Cheryl Buxamusa.  Cheryl lived many years in the Netherlands and knew Corrie well.  This is open to the public at no charge.
