OTTUMWA — The 11th annual Diversity Conference will take place on the Indian Hills Community College Ottumwa campus on Friday, Mar. 20, from 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. The day will include two keynote speakers and very interesting breakout sessions for the attendees.
