Marjorie DiAnne Davis, age 78, of Centerville passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.
DiAnne was born on January 12, 1944 in Ottumwa, Iowa, to Calbert William Samuel Clark Sr. and Marjorie Anne Clark Manley. She was united in marriage to Paul Davis on November 2, 1959.
DiAnne graduated from Ottumwa High School. She continued her education at Indian Hills Community College in Centerville, Iowa earning her nursing degree.
She retired as a Registered Nurse after working at Centerville Nursing and Rehab for 40 years.
DiAnne found joy in spending time tending to her many flower gardens, as well as her vegetable garden. She also enjoyed her 3 koi fishponds and painting ceramics.
DiAnne is survived by her husband Paul Davis, children: Robbie Davis (Sara), Debbie Adams (Cory), and Doug Davis; 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
She was preceded in death by her father Calbert William Samuel Clark Sr., mother, Marjorie Anne (Clark) Manley, her infant daughter and 2 brothers.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville with Rev. Joe Barnes officiating.
