(Eldon)— The Cardinal school district is ending the school year with a bang.
The Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation has presented the school district with a grant totaling 470-thousand dollars. That funding will be matched by the school’s board of education with the funds to be used for a number of purposes including a learning “hub”
Work on the project is expected to get under way some time this summer.
