A Bloomfield man who worked under contract in the Davis County School District is facing charges of sexual exploitation.

Paul Fleetwood, 50, was arrested last week after authorities say he attempted to elicit sex from a minor female. The incident happened in July, according to court records. Fleetwood was in charge of the Sustainable Foods program in the district.

Fleetwood has been charged with sexual exploitation by a counselor, therapist, or school employee, which is an aggravated misdemeanor. If convicted, he faces up to two years in prison.
