Two Arrested for Ottumwa Robbery

Two people have been arrested in connection to a robbery that occurred last week.

The Wapello County Sheriff’s office took a report of stolen items from an Ottumwa residence on April 4, according to Wapello County Sheriff Mark Miller.

On Monday, deputies executed a search warrant at Old Agency Road in Ottumwa. A four-wheeler, a chainsaw and a gun safe were recovered by authorities.

Cody Ehrenhard, 38, was arrested and charged with second degree theft and third degree burglary which are both Class D felonies. Ehrenhard also had multiple arrest warrants. He is currently in the Wapello County Jail on a $21,400 bond.

35 year old Cindy Ehrenhard was also arrested. She had a previous warrant for trespassing. She was placed in the Wapello County Jail and is currently free after posting bond.
