The City of Ottumwa says the results of last week’s Special Election have been certified and the newest city council member will be sworn in next week.
Dan Reid is set to be affirmed on Monday, September 23rd at the Depot City Hall Conference Room at 9:30 AM.
Reid’s first meeting as a city councilman will be on October 1. Reid will replace Cyan Bossou who was appointed to fill the seat that was vacated in December 2023.
