A teenager was hospitalized after a single-car accident in rural Marion County on Tuesday.
The Iowa State Patrol says at 9:16 PM, a rollover accident was reported on 80th Avenue south of Quebec Street.
The accident report states that 18-year-old Alexander Garcia of Dallas, Iowa was trapped inside a 2001 Chevrolet Tracker. He was found unresponsive but breathing by emergency personnel. Garcia was transported to a hospital in Knoxville where he is being monitored for a possible head injury.
The accident remains under investigation.
