Earnest Wayne Davidson, Jr., 61, of Bloomfield, died at 11:40 a.m. April 29, 2022 at his home.
He was born February 8, 1961 in Phoenix, AZ to Ernest Wayne and Sandra Lee Davis Davidson, Sr.
Earnest had been a truck driver for Cantril trucking and spent many hours volunteering for Outreach Ministry in Ottumwa. He was always willing to help people in need.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and loved riding his Harley.
Surviving are his children, Michael Davidson and Desirae Davidson, both of Ottumwa; his father, Ernest; a brother, Johnnie Leon Davidson of Ottumwa; a half-brother, James Wayne Davidson of TX.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Davidson; a brother, Jamey Davidson; grandparents, Harold A. and Dorothy Mae Davis, Monroe Elbridge, Addie Beatrice Davidson.
His body has been cremated.
Graveside services and inurnment will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Shaul Cemetery with Pastor Mel Kendall officiating.
